Who and what are covered
This warranty covers the original retail purchaser of a new Redline product purchased directly from Redline or from an authorized Redline seller. A gift recipient may make a claim with valid proof of the original purchase.
For one (1) year from the date the product was delivered to the original purchaser, Redline warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use and care.
What Redline will do
If Redline confirms a covered defect during the warranty period, Redline will, at its option and without charge for parts or labor:
- repair the product;
- replace it with the same product or a product of comparable function and value; or
- refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
Replacement products or parts may vary slightly in color or finish and may be new or functionally equivalent to new. A repaired or replacement product is covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days.
Shipping costs
For an approved claim within the United States, Redline will provide a standard prepaid return label when the product must be sent to us and will pay standard shipping for the repaired or replacement product. Expedited shipping, upgraded service, special handling, and costs caused by an incorrect address are not covered. For claims outside the United States, contact Redline before shipping; responsibility for shipping, duties, and taxes may vary, and Redline will comply with applicable law.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, including ordinary loosening or fading;
- scratched lenses, worn coatings, or other cosmetic damage that does not result from a manufacturing defect;
- damage caused by dropping, crushing, impact, collision, heat, fire, chemicals, improper storage, improper cleaning, misuse, neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose;
- damage caused by modification, disassembly, improper installation or removal of components, or repair by anyone not authorized by Redline;
- loss, theft, counterfeit products, or products with altered or missing identifying marks;
- products purchased used, “as is,” or from an unauthorized seller; or
- damage caused by failure to follow product instructions, warnings, care guidance, or workplace safety requirements.
Safety note: Eyewear that has sustained an impact, chemical exposure, cracking, chipping, distortion, or excessive scratching may no longer provide its intended protection and should be removed from service and replaced. Impact damage is not a manufacturing defect unless Redline determines that the damage resulted from defective materials or workmanship.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@redlineeyewear.com within the warranty period.
- Include your name, order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and defect.
- Wait for claim instructions before sending the product. Redline may require inspection and may request that the product be returned.
Do not send products without authorization. Redline may deny claims that are incomplete, outside the warranty period, or excluded by this warranty. Approval of one claim does not obligate Redline to approve a different claim.
Limitations and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the one-year period of this written warranty. Redline is not liable under this warranty for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

This warranty is separate from any discretionary return or refund policy. Use of the site and purchases from Redline are also subject to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
